To connect you with a licensed insurance agent who can talk with you about coverage, and to keep a record that you asked to be contacted.

When you submit a form we keep a record of that submission. It includes the disclosure language that was shown to you, the time you submitted it, and the technical details of the submission. We retain it for five years.

We keep this record so that both we and the agent who contacts you can show that you asked to hear from us. You can request a copy of your own record at any time.

A licensed insurance agent, so they can contact you about coverage. That agent is an independent professional, not our employee. Once they have your information they are responsible for how they handle it, and they are contractually prohibited from reselling or transferring it to anyone else.

We use service providers to operate the platform — advertising platforms, lead routing and verification services, customer relationship management, messaging and telephony, payment processing, and document services. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, advertisers, or list buyers.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
