Compliance built in
Consent and verification
For licensed life and final-expense agents who need to know what a prospect agreed to — and that the lead was screened before it reached their workboard.
Two named standards on every lead we deliver: Chain of Consent for the record, and Source Verified for the screen. Neither is a guarantee of legal compliance or of results. They are documentation and screening you can see.
Chain of Consent
Literal proof of what the prospect saw
When someone submits a form, we keep a consent record of that submission. You can see exactly what they agreed to — not a summary, not a paraphrase.
What’s in the record
- Timestamp of the submission
- Technical details of the submission, including IP address
- The exact disclosure text the prospect saw, word for word
- A copy of the form as it was presented
- The originating advertisement
What you get
- The consent record is attached to the lead and available from the lead card
- Producible on demand when you need it for your file
- We retain the consent record for five years, consistent with our Privacy Policy
You can see what they agreed to, word for word.
Source Verified
Scrubbed before delivery — not after you dial
Every lead passes the same gate before it reaches you. Failures are never delivered and never billed. We absorb the cost of screening them out.
What’s included
- Live phone validation — the number is real and reachable
- Litigator scrub
- Do-not-call (DNC) scrub
- Duplicate check against your own book, and against clients already sold on the platform
- Source confirmation — the lead matches the advertisement that produced it
What you get
- A lead that cleared screening before it hit your workboard
- No charge for leads that fail verification — screening cost stays with us
Scrubbed before it’s yours, not after you’ve dialled.
Your responsibility stays yours
Legacy Path provides consent documentation and verification tooling. Agents remain responsible for their own compliance with applicable law — including how and when they contact a lead, recording rules, licensure, and their own internal do-not-call obligations.
Consumers can read how we handle their information, including the consent record, in our Privacy Policy. Pass-through screening and consent costs are on the published costs page.
